return & refund Policy

Jackson Products LLC, dba MAGNILAY ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning physical products and requesting refunds for digital products purchased through our website. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1 DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this policy, the following definitions apply:
1.1 "Original Condition" – The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals intact. Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for return.
1.2 "Proof of Purchase" – Acceptable forms of proof include an order confirmation email, invoice, packing slip, or receipt from Jackson Products LLC.
1.3 "Defective Product" – A product that is malfunctioning, damaged upon arrival, or has manufacturing defects that render it unusable or significantly impair its functionality.
1.4 "Lost in Transit" – A product that has been shipped but never delivered to the customer due to carrier-related issues, as verified through tracking information.
1.5 "Final Sale Items" – Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable due to clearance, custom orders, or personalized modifications.
2 RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
Customers may request a return within 90 days from the original order date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
2.1.1 The customer must provide proof of purchase within the 90-day period.
2.1.2 The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2.1.3 The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
2.1.4 Products that were custom-made, perishable, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
2.1.5 If an order is lost in transit and never received, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost once verified by the carrier.
2.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived defective or damaged:
2.2.1 Final Sale Items marked as "non-returnable."
2.2.2 Customized or Personalized Products that have been altered per customer specifications.
2.2.3 Gift Cards & Store Credits issued in place of refunds.
2.2.4 Perishable or Consumable Products such as food items, supplements, or beauty products.
2.2.5 Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
2.2.6 Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
2.3 Return Process:
2.3.1 To initiate a return, the customer must:
2.3.1.1 Contact us at returns@shopmagnilay.com with their order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
2.3.1.2 Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team before shipping the item back.
2.3.1.3 Ensure that the product is packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
2.3.1.4 Ship the return package within seven (7) business days of receiving the RA number.
2.3.1.5 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage.
2.3.2 Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed, and the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
2.4.1 Upon receiving an order, customers must inspect their package immediately for any damage or errors. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must:
2.4.1.1 Notify us at returns@shopmagnilay.com within seven (7) business days of delivery.
2.4.1.2 Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.
2.4.1.3 Retain the original packaging until the return process is complete.
2.4.2 If the claim is verified, we will:
2.4.2.1 Replace the product at no additional cost or;
2.4.2.2 Issue a full refund, including return shipping fees, at the customer’s discretion.
2.4.3 Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
3 EXCHANGE POLICY:
3.1 Customers may exchange a product for another of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receiving it.
3.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3.3 If the exchanged product is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
3.4 Shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer unless the original product was defective or incorrect.
4 REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
4.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
4.1.1 Software downloads.
4.1.2 Digital subscriptions.
4.1.3 E-books, guides, and downloadable content.
4.1.4 Other electronically delivered products.
4.2 Non-Exchangeable Digital Products:
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be exchanged for another product.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
4.3 Defective Digital Products:
4.3.1 If a digital product is defective or inaccessible, the customer must:
4.3.1.1 Contact us at admin@shopmagnilay.com within seven (7) business days of purchase.
4.3.1.2 Provide detailed information on the issue, including error messages or screenshots.
4.3.1.3 Allow reasonable time for our technical team to resolve the issue.
4.3.2 If we determine that the digital product is indeed defective, we may:
4.3.2.1 Reissue the product
4.3.2.2 Offer a store credit or provide a replacement download link
4.3.2.3 Refunds will be granted only in rare cases where the defect cannot be resolved.
5 REFUND PROCESSING & METHOD:
5.1 Refunds for physical products will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5.2 Refunds for approved digital product issues will be processed within 3-5 business days.
5.3 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer’s preference.
6 FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS:
6.1 Jackson Products LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if fraudulent activity, excessive return requests, or chargeback abuse is suspected.
6.2 Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts restricted, reported to financial institutions, or subject to legal action.
7 RETURN ABUSE PREVENTION POLICY:
7.1 Jackson Products LLC reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected return abuse, fraudulent claims, or policy exploitation, including but not limited to:
7.1.1 Customers who repeatedly return used or damaged products under false claims.
7.1.2 Customers who attempt to return items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
7.1.3 Any activity that suggests intentional misuse of our return and refund policy.
7.1.4 Customers who exceed a reasonable return frequency beyond what is typical for personal use.
7.2 If return abuse is suspected, Jackson Products LLC may:
7.2.1 Reject future return/refund requests from the customer.
7.2.2 Suspend or terminate the customer’s account.
7.2.3 Pursue legal action if fraudulent behavior is detected.
8 CHANGES TO PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
8.1 Jackson Products LLC does not provide separate product warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the product listing or user manual.
8.2 If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
8.3 Any warranty claims related to third-party components or accessories must be handled by the original manufacturer.
9 CHANGES & UPDATES TO THIS POLICY:
9.1 Jackson Products LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Any changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
9.3 Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
10 FORCE MAJEURE:
10.1 Jackson Products LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in processing returns or refunds due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
10.1.1 Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.).
10.1.2 War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest.
10.1.3 Government-imposed regulations or restrictions.
10.1.4 Supply chain disruptions beyond our control.
10.1.5 Cyberattacks or technical failures that impair order processing.
10.2 In such cases, return and refund requests may be delayed or suspended until normal operations resume.
