Restorative yoga is a powerful practice that promotes deep rest, emotional healing, and nervous system repair. It involves gentle postures supported by props like blankets, bolsters, or yoga blocks, allowing you to fully relax and let go.

How Restorative Yoga Helps the Mind:

    When you rest deeply, your body can exit "fight or flight" mode and enter "rest and digest," helping to reduce anxiety, lower cortisol levels, and promote a sense of safety.

  • Reclined Bound Angle Pose – Lie back on a cushion with your knees open and the soles of your feet together, supported by blocks or pillows.
