MAGNILAY Full 90-Day Warranty
MAGNILAY provides a high-quality yoga mat bag and we believe our yoga bags should
long-lasting. However, we also provide the MAGNILAY Full Warranty for your peace of mind. Should your yoga mat bag ever have any workmanship or material defects within 90 days from the date of the original purchase, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund of your purchase price.
1. Coverage
MAGNILAY yoga mat bags are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects.
2. Duration of Coverage
This warranty lasts for 90 days from the date of the original purchase of this product.
3. How to Obtain Services
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, deliver the complete product via prepaid transportation to: Jackson Products LLC 2136 Ford Parkway #8310 St. Paul, MN 55116
4. Our Responsibilities
Warranted products will be replaced, at MAGNILAY's option, and returned at no charge; or you can elect to receive a full refund of your purchase price.
5. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
MAGNILAY shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
6. Shipping Insurance
If this product is returned to Jackson Products LLC, this product must be insured during
shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by you. If this product is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.
7. No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of MAGNILAY.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF MAGNILAY UNDER THIS FULL WARRANTY SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. MAGNILAY
IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR
UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Choice of Law and Venue
This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, and you agree that any dispute arising under this warranty will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Minnesota.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising under this Warranty, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.
11. Severability
If any portion of this warranty is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
13. Claim Procedure
To file a claim under this warranty, provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect to the address listed above. Claims must be filed within the warranty period.
